I am not sure this is correct but regarding Moldova I read that the constitution itself specifies the deadline for forming a government is three months, not 90 days as stated by the court. If this is right that would mean that Dodon´s announcement falls before the deadline and is technically constitutional. Would be interested in more updates on this!
